The system uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensures
that the user's personal information remains encrypted as it is
transported across the Internet. The users will use secured protocol
https to access web server. (Note, the demo is not SSL);

Based User Accounts. The system uses email address and user
supplied password to authenticate users. The users can retrieve
their passwords any time automatically;

Card Payment: 
The system has major credit card processing
interface that allows the users to pay registr fees online with
their credit cards;

Scheduling: The system automatically assign users to the courses
and session according to their registration requests and
course/session availability;
Late
Fee Collection: The system automatically collects late fee when
the users register an exam after the normal registration period has
expired;

Deadline: The system automatically stops accepting regisrations
when a deadline is reached for an exam;

Regisration: Each user will only need to keep one account to
registrer multiple courses over a long time span (several years).
